The most awaited annual intercollegiate Campus festival ‘Alegria – The Festival of Joy organized by the Pillai Group of Institutions is all set to regale the youth of India at Dr. K M Vasudevan Pillai Campus. The excitement is palpable all around the Campus at the advent of one of Mumbai’s biggest youth Festivals. As its tagline suggests, it indeed is a time where everyone enjoys themselves to their fullest. In line with the festival’s theme “Dreamland”, the entire Campus will transform itself into a spectacular world of the dream with creative artwork and installations.
This year, the festival is set to surpass everyone’s expectations with an electrifying line-up of events, celebrity appearances, world-famous artists and popular judges for its various events. As in the past, the festival continues to be a star-studded exciting time and is expected to witness a footfall of over 50000 students over the five days of the festival.

The events and competitions in this edition of Alegriarange from creative competitions, innovative workshops, music and dance, sports and fitness and many fun events.  The many exciting events taking place include competitions such as ‘DJ Wars’, ‘Face of Alegria’, ‘Group Dance’, ‘Mr. and Ms. Alegria’, ‘MuscleMania’ and many more.
Celebrity judges and appearances include many known faces of Bollywood. Along with this, students can also look forward to some enriching workshops and technical events, giving them an opportunity to learn and excel in something new such as rifle shooting, archery, hackathon, theatre workshops, and calligraphy among others.
